Congratulations to Emily Lei, who will be recognized as the Spring 2026 Outstanding Graduating Senior in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Throughout her time at UH, Emily has had four industry internships, worked as a research assistant in at least two different labs, and submitted a conference paper as lead author, with a follow-on invention disclosure and journal paper in preparation. She has been active in student organizations, including serving as the IEEE Student Branch Vice President and a member of HKN. After completing her BS degree, Emily will continue pursuing her UH MS EE degree through the BAM program.
