Abstract
World wide research issues on semiconductors are now on neuromorphic devices beyond Moore's law, Multivalue logic circuits, and multi-stack memory devices. The main technology is focused on thin film transistors, Performance of thin film transistors, such as mobility and stability is key parameter to implement recent development on semiconductor field. In this talk, comprehensive review on amorphous oxide thin film transistor will be discussed focused on artificial intelligence devices, logic circuits and energy applications.
